Bentley and Sarah’s Door County Gordon Lodge Wedding
Bentley and Sarah were married at the stunning Gordon Lodge in Baileys Harbor. They chose a mix of blush pinks, navy blues, and gold hues. For their outdoor ceremony, the bridesmaids and Sarah carried gorgeous mixes of stock, lisianthus, roses, and eucalyptus, in shades of creams, whites, and blush, while the adorable flower girls wore crowns of wax flowers.
When the ceremony was finished, their guests grabbed a glass of champagne and walked across the lawn to cocktail hour, where lawn games and other drinks were provided (including hammerschlagen). Once inside the lodge, their guests were invited to “find their face, to find their place” – seating cards with photos/wedding photos of each guest brought them to their table which was adorned with delicious cakes decorated with vintage tea cups and flowers. The head table sat in the center of the room and was beautified with large flower boxes complete with flowers and hanging class lanterns. A long navy and white table runner sat atop farm tables, while lush greens were strewn across the long table. The room sparkled with lit candelabras and glass and gold terrariums. As the sun was setting I accompanied Bentley and Sarah outside on the dock for a romantic sunset shoot.
